    Cancellation Policy

    At Brow Loft, we value your time and truly appreciate you choosing us for your beauty services. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients smoothly, we kindly ask for advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

    Appointments 30 Minutes or Longer
    • Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes.
    • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be recorded as a no-show and could affect future booking privileges.
    Appointments Under 30 Minutes
    • We kindly request a minimum of 3 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
    • Late cancellations may be considered a no-show and may impact your ability to schedule future appointments.

    We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you experience an emergency or special circumstance, please contact us directly and we will do our best to assist you.

    Parking & Payment Information

    Parking
    Langley Location

    Complimentary street parking is available nearby. Guests may park directly back of the building or along surrounding streets, subject to local parking guidelines and time limits.

    Burnaby Location

    In our Burnaby location, while there is no dedicated parking on-site, public and paid parking options are available nearby. We recommend checking surrounding streets and local parking lots for availability.

    We recommend allowing a few extra minutes to find parking during busy hours.

    Service Considerations & Safety

    Your comfort and safety are important to us. If you are unsure whether a service is appropriate for you, we encourage you to contact us before booking. Complimentary patch testing is available prior to your appointment to help identify any potential sensitivities or allergic reactions.

    Lash Lift & Tint

    This service may not be suitable for clients who:

    • Have active eye infections, irritation, or skin conditions around the eye area
    • Are pregnant or currently breastfeeding
    • Are taking medications such as blood thinners
    • Have recently undergone eye procedures

    If you have any concerns, please consult with us before scheduling your appointment.

    Brow Tint

    This service may not be recommended for clients who:

    • Have active eye or skin conditions
    • Are pregnant or breastfeeding
    • Are taking medications including blood thinners

    Please Note: Brow tint enhances the colour of existing brow hairs and does not permanently stain the skin to fill sparse areas. Tint results typically last up to approximately five weeks, gradually fading over time. Results may vary slightly depending on individual factors such as skin type, hair texture, and aftercare routine.
